Breakfast before Rafting

Like what I mentioned in my other blog, I was commissioned by my Aunt to supervise cooking during our reunion. I gladly agreed to this here is Sauted Ampalaya or Bitter Gourd with pork and egg. My cousins said, it was good. And I am happy they liked it. The other foodies I cooked before we went rafting are posted HERE and HERE.
